Why I built Evo.
I grew up with a lot of abuse. Most days I didn't want to exist. I numbed it any way I could, became an addict, went to jail, and ended up homeless, living on the streets.
Then, all at once, I saw that the person I'd been living as wasn't who I actually was. I didn't claw my way out. I didn't slowly get better.
The war inside me just ended. I call it the Fundamental Shift®.
Within a few years I went from homeless to vice president, the youngest at my company, with no degree. Nothing about my past had changed. My identity had, and I'd learned how to shift it.
I knew what happened to me could happen for other people who were stuck and suffering too. So more than twenty years ago, I left that VP job to start a company that helps people change.
I created Identity Shifting to make it repeatable, and spent the next twenty years refining it. Groups of psychologists started inviting me to speak, then stages like Google, then podcasts, and people kept sending me the people they loved.
But it always needed me. That made it expensive, and it could never reach as many people as I wanted to help. Evo can.
When you see what it does for you, you'll probably think of someone you love who's hurting too. They can have it, affordably and right away, at their own pace, any time they want. That's why I built Evo.
