Hey there, I'm Rob.

Get Started

I’m the creator of Identity Shifting, a process born not from theory, but from lived transformation.
My story isn’t about self-help or mindset tricks. It’s about learning how to fundamentally rewrite the unconscious patterns that run our lives.
That learning started with surviving some of life’s hardest edges—abuse, addiction, cancer—and realizing survival wasn’t enough. I wanted to understand what creates identity, what sustains suffering, and most importantly, how to shift both.
Through those years, I began to see the architecture of identity clearly: not as who we are, but as a network of beliefs, meanings, and emotional set points we inherited, practiced, and then called “me.”
I didn’t just study change, I became it.
I went from a temp in a basement to becoming the youngest VP of Technology at a global firm. Not because I learned how to “fake it till I made it,” but because I rewired the limits that told me what I was allowed to become. That shift changed everything—career, relationships, peace of mind.
Eventually, I knew the real calling wasn’t climbing ladders. It was helping others dissolve the patterns keeping them stuck in loops of overthinking, over-giving, self-doubt, and burnout.
Today, I help high achievers, leaders, and seekers uncover the few hidden beliefs silently shaping their entire experience and show them how to shift at the source.
This work isn’t about adding more information. It’s about learning the system that governs identity itself. Seeing how emotional patterns are held in place by meaning. How meaning is shaped by memory. And how memory isn’t fixed. You can rewrite it.
This is how we move from insight to embodiment. From managing triggers to outgrowing them. From survival to genuine, sustainable freedom.
Whether you’re hitting a plateau, unraveling an old identity, or rising into a new one, I’m here to guide that shift. The work is deep, but not heavy. Precise, repeatable, and permanent.
You’re not here to fix yourself. You’re here to become the version of you that no longer needs fixing.
Let’s shift the system so everything else gets easier.
